The deal, in plain words
The agreement between you and us when you buy something.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil it — stock ran out, a price was wrong — we will tell you and refund in full.
Prices
In Indian rupees, inclusive of tax. We may change prices, but never after you have paid. If a price is listed in obvious error, we will contact you before charging you.
Stock
We cut in small runs. Stock shown on the site is accurate at the time you look, but two people can reach the last piece at once. If that happens, we refund immediately.
Returns

Our designs
The artwork, the mascot and the name are ours. Buying a piece does not transfer any of that. Wear it, photograph it, post it — just do not reproduce the designs commercially.
Liability
We stand behind our garments. What we cannot accept responsibility for is loss beyond the value of the order itself.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall to the courts of our registered location.
