Try it on. If it isn't right, send it back.
How long do I have?
7 days from delivery. Tell us inside that window and we will arrange the pickup.
What condition does it need to be in?
Unworn, unwashed, with the tags still on. Try it on — just don't wear it out until you're sure.
Who pays return shipping?
We do, if the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. For a change of mind, ₹99 is deducted from the refund.
How long does a refund take?
Within 5–7 working days of the piece reaching us, back to the original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, and it is free the first time. Sizes are exchanged subject to stock — if your size has gone, we refund instead.
Anything that cannot be returned?
Pins, patches and other small collectibles, once opened. Everything else is fair game.
