Fit, fabric, orders and returns. If it isn't here, ask Riz or email us — a person replies.
Sizing and fit
Do your pieces run large?
The oversized cuts do, deliberately — they are drop-shouldered and boxy. The Essential Crew is true to size. Each product page lists the fit, and the size guide has the measurements.
I'm between two sizes. Which do I take?
Take the smaller one in the oversized cuts, since they already sit roomy. Take the larger in shirts and overshirts if you plan to layer.
Will a 240 GSM tee shrink?
Barely. It is garment-washed before it reaches you, which is where most of the shrinkage has already happened. Wash cold and it keeps its shape.
Orders and payment
What payment methods do you take?
UPI, all major cards, net banking and the usual wallets.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it has not shipped, yes — email us and we will sort it. Once it is with the courier we have to wait for it to arrive and process a return.
Do you take cash on delivery?
Not at the moment. Prepaid only while we are getting started.
Products
What does GSM mean?
Grams per square metre — how heavy the fabric is. 200 GSM is a light everyday tee; 240 is our bestseller weight and holds its shape; 260 is properly heavyweight and wears in over years.
Where is it made?
Cut and sewn in India, in small runs. Small runs mean sizes sell out — that is the trade-off for not sitting on unsold stock.
Will a sold-out piece come back?
Sometimes. Core pieces get restocked; drop pieces usually do not. If it says limited, it is.
Riz
Who is Riz?
Our mascot, and the guide on the site. Ask him about fit, fabric or what goes with what.
Is Riz a real person?
No — Riz is a character, and the assistant is software. He will not pretend otherwise.
